Heal from and release the past with a full moon sound bath and meditation and plant seeds for the future with the new moon. Just like meditation a sound bath is a very internal practice. It can be a very different experience for each individual and a different experience for the same individual each time. Emotional experiences may arise such as extreme bliss, love and passion. Others may encounter emotional breakthroughs which could provoke feelings of intensity. Physical sensations are very common, pressure, pulling, pain and temperature changes as the vibrations move through you shifting the energy in your body.
